The apartments marketed under the name VUT Carretería9 were established in 2019, born from the founder's overwhelming enthusiasm for exquisite decoration and with the aim of providing guests with a unique and unparalleled experience in terms of accommodation.
It is in the center of Cuenca (Spain) where our apartments are located. In a century-old and renovated building, on the city's main street, pedestrianized and with all the necessary services to make your stay more pleasant.

It should be noted that in Cuenca, the center is not the Old Town; however, the location of our apartments is in the center but just one street away from the beginning of the old town.
